Change of mind

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receive the last item in your order. You can also cancel before dispatch. Any mandatory extension of the withdrawal deadline applies.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw by emailing hello@nordichandpanoil.com or writing to the address below. Include your name and order number so we can identify the purchase. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Simply refusing delivery or leaving a parcel uncollected does not by itself notify us of withdrawal.

Sending your return

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost. Pack the glass bottle securely and keep proof of posting.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

For a full-order withdrawal, we refund the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery method you chose are not refunded.

We refund using the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact hello@nordichandpanoil.com if there is a problem with your order. Danish consumer purchases have a two-year statutory right to complain about defects covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Available remedies depend on the circumstances and may include replacement, a price reduction or a refund. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for a valid defect claim.

For a leaking or broken bottle, contact us before posting it so we can arrange a suitable solution.
